Refund Policy – Nexvaida
At Nexvaida, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund, Replacement, and Return policies ensure a hassle-free resolution.
1. Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days once the returned product is received and verified.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
2. Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement.
- Replacement orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days after approval.
3. Returns
- Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
Note: Nexvaida reserves the right to inspect the product before processing any refund or replacement.
We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
To become eligible for a return or an exchange:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement based on an exchange request.
If you wish to place a return or exchange request for an eligible product/item, please send us an email at support@nexvaida.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.
- Once your returned product/item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If the return/exchange is approved after our quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
